A deposit of £100.00. is required with booking, the balance being payable six weeks prior to the letting date.

In the case of a cancellation, for any reason, monies will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the cottage for the dates in question.

The Cottage is let for up to 4 people with the choice of 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome at Rispain providing they are not left alone in the cottage.

Rispain is a strictly non-smoking cottage.

Bike Hire:
Contact HDI in Newton Stewart 01671 404002. They will deliver and collect the bikes on the Saturdays of arrival and departure.
